Mrs. A, a 26-year-old woman from Hanover, Germany presented with secondary Amenorrhea, which she had experienced for over 18 months making her unable to conceive. She and her husband were keen to start a family. She had been on pharmaceutical medication for several years but with no effect, so her medical doctor referred her to Integrative therapies. Both Ayurvedic and Chinese Medicine diagnosis indicated that there was congestion in the ovaries and uterus. She was initally given Acupuncture and Chinese Herbs that would help remove the congestion in the meridians. Thereafter the Integrative team embarked on tonifying Ayurvedic therapies with Ayurvedic herbs, Ayurveda Pressure Therapy / Nadi Vigyan treatments, and Yoga. Her husband was also taught how to do these treatments and he carried it out at home every 3 days for a period of six weeks. Six weeks after the initial Ayurveda Pressure Therapy treatment her periods returned. Ten months later she gave birth to a healthy baby boy.
